The public magazine is meant to be read, not to collect a profile of you. We store what we need to publish stories and keep the site running.
What we keep
Published articles, media, and editorial accounts live in our database. Admin sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. The public pages do not require an account.
Search and hosting
Requests pass through our hosting provider so the site can be served. Server logs may include a normal technical record of a visit, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested.
