Elsinore, from Studiocanal, is a biographical drama about actor Ian Charleson preparing Hamlet at the National Theatre; BAFTA-nominated Stone directs from a Stephen Beresford script, with Andrew Scott and Olivia Colman among the cast. BFI confirms a UK-wide cinema release on 29 January 2027; Focus Features has US select-theatre plans for 20 November 2026. Closing film The Debut is Eisenberg’s musical comedy framed by the festival as a love letter to community theatre.
